Where is your store located?

Our storefront is located at 10619 Meeting Street, Louisville KY 40059 Unit 101. Here you can shop in-store and/or drop off your consignment items.

Are your products 100% authentic?

We ensure that all shoes and apparel the store carries are 100% authentic. We do this through a level of expertise, followed by multiple quality checks on the product. This is done by industry veterans who know the products inside and out.

Online Ordering

Are the photos of the items the actual item?

If you are looking at an item that's listed as "New" you can expect the item to look like the default photos. Some of our product and website images are taken in-house, and images that are sourced are used under the "fair use" trade and "no copyright infringement is intended” copyright laws. If you are the owner of an image and would like it removed please contact us.

Are your items new or pre-owned?

90-95% of the items in-store and online are brand new, although we do offer a pre-owned section. When shopping, the condition will be listed for every item (Condition: New or Pre-owned).

What size should I buy?

Every brand has a different fit so refer to the brands size guide or give us a call so we can help you through it.

Did you receive the wrong or defective item?

If you believe you received the wrong or defective item, use our Contact Us form. Please include your order number and clearly explain the issue.

We will listen to any matter brought to our attention but Motion does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item.
